How to place a custom order
Step 1. Measure the space

Take a tape measure and carefully measure the exact spot where you want to place your custom cushion—for example, a bench. Note down or memorize the length and width (e.g., Width 20 inches, Length 70 inches).
If your cushion is trapezoidal in shape, measure the maximum length and width; you will need these for your order. Later, in the personalized order form, you will specify all the dimensions: you will provide two length measurements and two width measurements (top and bottom / left and right).

Step 2. Select your size range, fabric color, and place your order
Go to the listing of the product you liked. Choose the size range that fits your length and width measurements (highlighted with a blue marker). After that, pick your preferred fabric color, select the quantity and click the "BUY NOW" button.

Step 3. Fill in your details and provide your exact measurements
After you click "BUY NOW", your cushion will be added to the cart. Then go to your cart and click the "Place an Order" button. Once you click that, you will be asked to fill in a form with your delivery address, full name, phone number, and email address. There will also be a field called "Personalization Box" – in that field, write your exact measurements. And click the "Place an Order" button again.
