• Production Time: Since many items are tailored to your specific design needs, production begins only after full payment is received.
• Measurement Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements for custom sizes (such as custom drapes, cushions, or tablecloths). We craft your orders strictly based on the dimensions provided.
• Changes: Any modifications to a custom order must be requested within 24 hours of placement. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes to the design or sizing.

• We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or Service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time.

• Cancellations: You may cancel a standard order within 24 hours of purchase.
